Our Exterior Property Improvement Company’s Power Couple

Laura and John Wade are the President and CEO of Performance Exterior, respectively. They have been happily married for more than 33 years. Shortly after getting married, they founded the business with only $1,000. Laura is gifted at running the business, while John is proficient at hands-on projects. By combining their skills and putting in a lot of hard work, they have turned their little investment into an extremely successful exterior property improvement company. Today, Laura and John run the business with great pride and integrity.

Laura and John have 2 biological children—Amy and Ben—and 4 adopted children—Elijah, Ethan, Caleb, and Abigail. Their eldest daughter, Amy, and her husband, Jay, brought the first grandbaby into the family. Annie is the only grandchild they have... for now. She is extremely smart and the most beautiful, precious gift. She may even be a little spoiled! Meanwhile, their son Ben is married to Morgan and he is one of the lead foremen out in the field.

Performance Exterior is a company that started as a small dream of the Wades. Led by their faith in God and love for their family, they have turned that dream into a lucrative company that is the best in the industry. Laura and John promise to guide the business to greater milestones and help as many clients as possible along the way.
