Our Exterior Property Improvement Company’s Power Couple

Laura and John Wade are the President and CEO of Performance Exterior, respectively. They have been happily married for more than 33 years. Shortly after getting married, they founded the business with only $1,000. Laura is gifted at running the business, while John is proficient at hands-on projects. By combining their skills and putting in a lot of hard work, they have turned their little investment into an extremely successful exterior property improvement company. Today, Laura and John run the business with great pride and integrity.

Laura and John have 2 biological children—Amy and Ben—and 4 adopted children—Elijah, Ethan, Caleb, and Abigail. Their eldest daughter, Amy, is married to her husband Jay, having two of John & Laura's beautiful grandchildren, Annie & Lil. Their son Ben (our great estimator) is married to Mackenzie (our wonderful office coordinator), with John & Laura's other two grandchildren, Zoey & Emmy. You can say they have their hands full with those spoiled girls.

Performance Exterior is a company that started as a small dream of the Wades. Led by their faith in God and love for their family, they have turned that dream into a lucrative company that is the best in the industry.
